about

According to Nick Leet...

This song was written a couple years before High on Stress got back together. There was an earlier demo of it but it was revamped with HoS. Mark went for a Keith Moon 60s style drumming. I think it made the tight muted choruses really gel. It's one of my all time favorite songs to play live. My favorite live version appears on the "Live at First Avenue" album.

My apologies to Pink Floyd fans.

lyrics

The answers coming soon
but like the "Dark Side of the Moon"
I never got it at all
Addition by subtraction now
What's the point and what's the attraction now?

She said relax
but I'm not gonna crack
You got something to say
You better say it now

The answers in my blood
What comes up can only bring you down
No one cares what's going on
and if it's the truth or what your saying's wrong

She said relax
but I'm not gonna crack
You got something to say
You better say it now
She said relax
but I'm not gonna crack
You got something to say
You better say it out loud

The sound of your voices is what I love
It keeps me on my feet and off my back
Addition by subtraction now
What's the point and what's the attraction now?

She said relax
She said come back, come back
